The Rhino Bunny Academy Work Station™

A real place to do the work — The Work Station (Expected 2028). Timing is a goal, not a guarantee.

The Work Station (Expected 2028)

Everything we teach, under one roof

Right now the academy lives in workshops, events, and living rooms. The Work Station is the next step: a dedicated space where participants can sit down, pull up their documents, ask a question out loud, and actually do the work.

Not a coffee shop with wifi. A room built specifically for the three things we teach — credit readiness, homebuyer preparation, and creative projects.

What's Planned

Four rooms, three pathways, one mission

Each space maps to something the academy already does — just with a door, a desk, and a scheduled time.

1

The Readiness Desk

Sit down with your credit reports, your budget worksheet, and your questions. Private, unhurried, and built for the Smart Credit and Homebuyer pathways — the paperwork part nobody wants to do alone at a kitchen table.

2

The Workshop Room

Home for Power Hour sessions, homebuyer education, credit workshops, and guest professionals — lenders, housing counselors, and inspectors answering real questions in person.

3

The Creative Studio

Recording, content, and portfolio space for the Austin Creative Initiative — supporting Austin Laughs™, Austin Live Sessions™, and the Veteran Arts Initiative™ between live events.

4

The Community Table

Open workspace for participants, alumni, and neighbors. Somewhere to plug in, keep working on your 24-month plan, and run into people doing the same thing.

Why a Physical Space

Some things don't happen over email

  • Documents get organized when someone's sitting with you. Half of homebuyer readiness is paperwork that never gets started.
  • Questions get asked out loud. People who won't send an email about their credit will ask across a table.
  • Community is a resource. Participants at month 3 learn a great deal from participants at month 18.
  • Creators need somewhere to make things. Not every artist has a room to work in.
  • It makes the academy real. A door with a sign on it means something a website cannot.
The Road There

How we get from here to open

  1. 2026 — Build the ProgramsRun Power Hour sessions, grow the three pathways, and prove the model with real participants before signing a lease.
  2. 2026–2027 — Location & PartnersIdentify the space, line up community partners and sponsors, and confirm what the build-out actually requires.
  3. 2027–2028 — Build-OutFit the rooms to the programs: readiness desk, workshop room, creative studio, community table.
  4. Expected 2028 — Doors OpenFounding participants and alumni first. The interest list below is where that starts.

Being straight with you: The Work Station is planned, not built. Dates, location, layout, and pricing may change as the project develops. Joining the interest list is not a reservation, a membership, or a purchase — it just means we'll tell you first.

Be first to know

Tell us how you'd use the space. What we hear shapes what we build — and founding participants get first access when the doors open.

Submitting opens your email app with these details pre-filled so you can send them to us directly — nothing is transmitted from this page.

Your email app should now be open with your answers filled in — just press send. If nothing opened, email us directly at admin@rhinobunny.academy.

Building Opportunity. Strengthening Families. Creating Futures.

Until then, the work is already open

You don't have to wait for a building to start your 24 months.
