Behind those five stages sits the operational detail our team works from, so every participant gets a consistent experience.
- ConnectYou discover Rhino Bunny Academy through the website, an event, social media, community outreach, a referral, or direct communication.
- WelcomeYou receive a clear explanation of the academy's purpose, limitations, privacy approach, and three main programs.
- UnderstandWe gather only the information reasonably needed to understand your goal and starting point.
- ChooseYou select one primary pathway. You may eventually use more than one, but one primary goal should be selected first.
- PlanYou create a written readiness plan with realistic actions, owners, resources, and review dates.
- LearnYou complete relevant educational modules, workshops, exercises, or guided discussions.
- ActYou complete appropriate actions — collecting documents, reviewing information, improving habits, building a portfolio, or consulting a licensed professional.
- ReviewTogether we review progress, barriers, updated information, and the next responsible step.
- TransitionWhen specialized action is needed, we may provide general referral options. You choose whether and how to proceed.
- Complete and ContinueYou record accomplishments, remaining goals, lessons learned, and a continuation plan.
- Give BackYou may attend future events, share non-confidential lessons, volunteer, mentor, collaborate, or support community education.
