Opportunity often starts with information.
Rhino Bunny Academy helps individuals and families move forward through clearer information, stronger preparation, practical guidance, and encouragement.
“I know this because I've lived it.”
Princz Benjamin Brown founded Rhino Bunny Academy to help people turn information into preparation, and preparation into opportunity — shaped by lived experience as a veteran, homeowner, entrepreneur, and educator.
Through planning, financial discipline, credit awareness, and understanding the benefits available to him, he purchased a home valued at approximately $500,000 using his earned VA Home Loan benefit. Over time he invested approximately $124,000 in remodeling improvements that increased the value, comfort, and functionality of the home.
He also invested in solar energy solutions that now offset nearly 100% of household electricity usage, reducing the average monthly electric bill to approximately $4.
None of this happened overnight. It happened one step at a time. One lesson at a time. One decision at a time.
“Opportunity often starts with information.”

Rhino Bunny Academy™ · Rhino Bunny LLC, a Texas Rhino LLC company
We didn't read about this road. We walked it.
Rhino Bunny Academy was built out of what this family lived — the paperwork, the long hours, the house, and everything in between. The academy teaches the road they actually traveled.

The Paperwork Nobody Sees
Building the business from nothing
Before there was an academy, there was a registration. Texas Rhino LLC was formed — the parent company that owns Rhino Bunny LLC — a D-U-N-S number was applied for and issued, and the business identity was built one form, one verification, and one late night at a time.
It's unglamorous work — and it's exactly the kind of preparation the academy now teaches. Nobody hands you a business. You assemble it.

The Power Performer Award
At Power Home Remodeling, Princz earned the Power Performer Award — the company's most prestigious recognition — for the Austin market in 2025.
He built everything from the ground up to get there. That's the same principle behind every pathway on this site: consistent, informed effort compounds.

From Renting to Owning
The home the plan built
Employment stability. Financial discipline. Long-term planning. An earned VA Home Loan benefit, used responsibly. A home valued at roughly $500,000, then about $124,000 invested in remodeling — and solar that brought the average electric bill down to about $4 a month.
This is the destination the First-Time Home Buyer pathway is pointed at. Not a brochure photo — an actual front door.
Inside and out — the result of a plan followed one decision at a time. -

The Part That Isn't Glamorous
Pallets in the driveway
Before the twilight photo, there were bags of soil, stacks of stone, and weekends spent hauling them. The $124,000 didn't get spent all at once and it didn't get spent by somebody else — a lot of it got carried up that driveway by hand.
Preparation looks like this far more often than it looks like a finished photo.

First Halloween in the House
Father and daughter, home
The first holiday you celebrate in a home you own hits differently. No landlord, no lease renewal on the calendar, no wondering where you'll be next year.
After years apart, Princz and his daughter Abra spent it under their own roof. The stability a plan buys isn't really about the house — it's about who gets to be in it with you.

Their first Christmas together
This is what the plan was actually for. Not the appraisal, not the equity, not the paperwork — a tree in the corner of a room that belongs to you, and family to put it up with.
After years apart, it was their first Christmas together. A house becomes a home somewhere around here.

Today
Turning it into something other families can use
Rhino Bunny Academy exists because the road from renting to owning, from paycheck to plan, from idea to business, is walkable — but almost nobody hands you the map.
So we drew it. Smart Credit, the First-Time Home Buyers Program, and the Austin Creative Initiative are the three lanes of the road we already traveled.
Building Opportunity. Strengthening Families. Creating Futures.
Rhino Bunny Academy honors Abra Colete, whose strength, compassion, and renewed bond with her father continue to inspire the heart behind this work. After years apart, their relationship has grown into friendship, healing, and purpose.

For many people, the biggest obstacle is not a lack of ability
It's a lack of awareness, guidance, and confidence. A person may have access to opportunities without knowing that the opportunity exists, whether it fits their circumstances, what qualifications apply, what documents are required, which habits improve readiness, which professional should answer specialized questions, or what realistic next step to take.
Rhino Bunny Academy helps participants organize those questions into a responsible journey.
